We have a long-standing partnership with SAP. For over ten years, the technology group has trusted Compresso as an inspiring and reliable event partner. This applies to both large B2B events and internal functions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As part of the SAP NOW flagship project, we have been confronted with numerous transformations in recent years, which we have successfully mastered with agility. SAP NOW Zurich 2024: an Event of the Highest Caliber<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In November 2024, Hall 550 in Zurich Oerlikon transformed for a day into a stage for groundbreaking technologies and inspiring business insights. Compresso took the lead in concept development, design, overall project management, and production \u2013 with the clear goal of creating a unique customer journey and elevating the event to the next level. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

With a new, fresh festival look, we created an inspiring atmosphere where knowledge transfer and networking complemented each other ideally. Various formats such as keynotes, deep dive theaters, and interactive roundtables enabled diverse exchanges and brought innovations within tangible reach. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

From strategic planning to final implementation, the focus was on the perfect symbiosis of content, design, and experience \u2013 for an event that sets standards.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

AI Power at the HR Festival<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

For SAP’s trade fair appearance as the main sponsor of the HR Festival 2025, we were entrusted with the concept and implementation of the exhibition stand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Under the motto \u201cUnleash your people power\u201d, we developed an attention-grabbing design and implementation concept that impressively showcased the brand \u2013 including furnishings, technology, decoration, and an interactive activation with an AI photo booth. Visitors could create their own superhero avatar \u2013 a real highlight. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thanks to clear project management, efficient coordination with partners, and a striking stand design with an eye-catching balloon, the appearance became a real crowd-puller.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

Business Innovation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In April and May 2025, the Papiersaal and Folium in Zurich became the stage for future-oriented technologies, smart business solutions, and genuine innovative power. On behalf of SAP, we took over the conception, design, overall coordination, and production of the SAP Innovation Days \u2013 with the aim of creating a well-thought-out customer journey and taking the SAP Innovation Days to a new level. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

With a modern, dynamic look feel, an inspiring atmosphere was created that uniquely combined business, technology, and emotion. Over a total of five days, the various Business Units (CX, Finance and Spend, BTP, and HR) offered space for exchange, insights, and lasting inspiration. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

From the initial idea to the final implementation, the focus was on connecting strategy, storytelling, and experience design \u2013 for an event that not only excites but also leaves a lasting impression.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
