For 130 years, the Zurich bakery and confectionery Ernst Hotz AG has stood for quality, craftsmanship, and tradition. Every year, Hotz guarantees a highlight for customers of all ages with its Easter bunnies, which represent beautiful vintage bunny motifs alongside modern and playful figures. Every single bunny is cast by hand, lovingly decorated, and artistically packaged. The original molds, which have been in use for decades, as well as the passion of the confectioners, make every Hotz chocolate bunny a small, handcrafted work of art.
In 2025, we had the privilege of supporting this fine tradition with PR measures and immersing ourselves in the sweet world of chocolate Easter bunnies. The classic press release, the chocolate bunny workshop, and individual visits to the Hotz confectionery atelier generated extensive media coverage.
